Hunan Provincial Communications Planning, Survey & Design Institute Co., Ltd. (HNCDI), established in 1960, is a Chinese national Class-A conglomerate in survey & design, qualified for international economic cooperation.
HNCDI possesses the capacity to offer the whole-process services in planning consulting, planning research, survey & design, project management and operational management. HNCDI is a holder of national Class-A survey & design qualifications in general engineering survey, the whole highway industry, the whole waterborne transport sector, municipal engineering sector (including roads, bridges, urban tunnels, public transport and rail transit), architecture engineering, specialized landscape architecture works and specialized environmental engineering works. HNCDI also holds national Class-A qualification and credit in engineering consulting, urban and rural planning, engineering measurement, test and inspection, and prevention and control of geologic hazards.
HNCDI has won 1000+ provincial, national and international awards and honors in scientific and technological progress, excellent engineering survey & design, and consulting. Among them, 60+ are of Chinese national level, including one First Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, six Second Prizes of National Scientific and Technological Progress Awards, seven Gold Prizes of National Excellent Engineering Survey & Design, seven Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prizes (top award of technological innovation in civil engineering in China), one National 100 Roll of Honor for Environmental Protection Award, two National Environment-friendly Project Awards, four Awards for Classic Project of Survey & Design of Highway and Transportation at the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of P.R.C, and three Awards for Classic Project of Survey & Design of Highway and Transportation at the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of P.R.C.
