HNCDI is mainly engaged in technical consulting services, includingtechnical consulting for approval procedures on behalf theministries/departments, survey & design review consulting, supervision fordesign, supervision for geological exploration, review by two institutes,evaluation on engineering feasibility study, evaluation for special purposes,optimization of design proposals, technical consulting for construction,pricing consulting and internal audit of projects. These consulting servicescover a wide range of disciplines including trunk highways, expressways,municipal service roads, extra-large bridges, extra-long tunnels andgeotechnical engineering across 17 provinces/cities/regions such as Hunan,Hubei, Henan, Hebei, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, Fujian,Yunnan, Guizhou, Liaoning, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tianjin.HNCDI has provided, on behalf of the Ministry of Transport, multipletechnical consulting services for approval procedures of national key highwayprojects. HNCDI has been enlisted in the library of technical review andconsulting services in many provinces/cities/'regions, providing originaltechnical solutions and valuable technical proposals for many key projects. Bydoing so, HNCDI has raised its technical consulting capacity, making itselfahead of others in respect of the construction of green highways and steelstructure bridges and promotion of quality projects.
