This sector encompasses engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), full-process consulting, construction agency management, and PPP project management. As a member unit of the Hunan Provincial Full-Process Engineering Consulting Development Strategy Alliance and a member of the Hunan Provincial Construction Agency Association, HNCDI actively promotes the integration of its technological advantages with engineering management. Currently, HNCDI has undertaken engineering projects in multiple cities including Changsha, Changde, Yueyang, Zhongshan, and Jinhua, covering various professional fields such as transportation, water transportation, municipal administration, environmental protection, and water conservancy.
