International services commenced in the 1990s, mainly in respect of surveying, design andconsulting of highways, bridges, tunnels, municipal works and waterborne transport. In 2004, thecompany was granted the Qualification Certificate of Overseas Project Contracting by the Ministryof Commerce and in the same year, it became a member of China International ContractorsAssociation. In 2021, the company was qualified as a "Feasibility Study Company in ForeignAssistance Projects (Engineering Projects)" under China International Development CooperationAgency. In the same year, the company became a member of International Advisory Committeeunder China International Contractors Association, being one of the first 23 members to join thecommittee. In 2022, it was certified by the Ministry of Commerce as a "Foreign AssistancePackaged Project Management Company" (specialized in building construction and highways)So far, the company has undertaken many international surveying, design and EPC contractingprojects in the Laos, Cambodia, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mali, Rwanda, Philippines, Georgia, etc.,generating a total contract value of approximately USD 60 million.
