HNCDI aims to establish itself as an integrated service provider specializing in transportation environmental protection technology and a distinctive water environment technology service provider. Relying on the concept of "transportation + environmental protection", it is primarily engaged in engineering design, EPC, environmental consulting, and dual-carbon research related to water pollution prevention and ecological restoration. HNCDI also hosts the Environment and Sustainable Development Professional Committee of the Hunan Provincial Highway Society, and has undertaken multiple general contracting projects, including the construction of sewage treatment plants and supporting pipe networks in 12 towns in Taoyuan County, the "14th Five-Year Plan" green transportation plan and transportation carbon peak action plan in Hunan Province, as well as environmental impact assessments for port planning in Changde Port and other ports, environmental impact assessments for key highway and water transport projects in Hunan Province, and completion environmental protection acceptance inspections.
